He is survived by: his wife Patricia L.'Trish'Adams; his sister Diane Cook (Philip); his sisters-in-law, Audrey Ellman (late Sid) and Nancy Nelson (John); and his nieces and nephews, Philip Cook (Peggy), Christy Vegosen (Jared), Derek Cook (Cherie), Devin Cook (Rachelle), Kristen Lanz (Reid), Megan White (Matt) and Kim Nelson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Tree House Humane Society.
