He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Tuggle and Naomi Tuggle (Weaver); his wife Kay Pullins; his sister Peggy Moffett; his son Todd Tuggle (Jennifer) of Decatur; his grandchildren, Samuel Tuggle (Brandi), Seth Tuggle (Jenica), Blake Smith (Taylor), Hannah Tuggle and Kaylee Tuggle; and his great grandchildren, William, Aniyah, Jeffery, Evelyn and Tenley.
