Doherty (Lincolnshire, Illinois), born in Hillside, Illinois, who passed away on October 9, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Doherty and Mary Doherty; his wife Barbara Jacqueline "Jackie" Doherty; and his brothers, Robert, Raymond and John.
He is survived by: his children, Lauren Wilson (Roger), Matthew Doherty (Marian), Julie Doherty, Sheila Roth (Todd) and Lisa Zaroogian (Mike); his grandchildren, Madeline, Patrick, Celia, Colleen, Jacqueline, Gregory and Kathleen; and his sister Ellen Hadley (Harry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to The National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
