He is survived by: his wife Gretchen; his children, Samantha and Jack; his parents, Allison Waitley and Alan Waitley; his brothers, Steven Waitley and Mike Waitley (Sally); and also, June, Fred Vorlop, Elizabeth Hilbelink (Brad), Fritz Vorlop (Michele) and Greg. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
