We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2020, Frances Estelle Lowe of Lincolnshire, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Franklin D. Lowe; her daughter Vicki Steciuk (Matthew Blauvelt); her grandchildren, Clark and Meredith Steciuk; her siblings, Teddy Sweat (Judy), Margaret Jeanette Sweat, Claudine Thomas and Edgar Sweat; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Sweat (late Luther) and Anna Lowe.

Friends and family are welcome to the graveside service, social distancing and masks are required.
