It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne Kay (Harp) Cheek of Lincoln, Illinois, born in Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on August 22, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harp and Wilma Harp (Stone); her children, James Albert Cheek and Amy Lynn Cheek; and her siblings, Loretta Harp-Jones, Dallas, Richard and Marvin Harp.

She is survived by: her husband Mark Allen Cheek; her sons, Chad Allen Cheek of Hartsburg, Jason Michael Burkhart and Joshua Kyle Cheek (Shelli) of Lincoln; and her grandson Tanner Michael Cheek of Lincoln.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Huntington's Disease Clinical and Research Fund https://secure.jhu.edu or to Logan County Animal Rescue.
