We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2022, at the age of 99, Weldon Willmert of Lincoln, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Willmert and Core Lee Camper; his wife Helen Lucille Lucas; his son Darrell; and his siblings, George Willmert, Charles Willmert, Harry K. Willmert, John R. Willmert, Frank Willmert, Lulu G. Willmert, Anneta Hopp and Cora Usherwood.
He is survived by: his son Dennis L. Willmert (Marilyn) of Lincoln; his close friend Neva Bridges; his sisters, Nola Turley of Lincoln and Iona Boward of Lincoln; and his grandchildren, Victoria Clarke (Jason) of Emden, Brian Willmert (Jordan) of Morton, Chad Willmert, Heather Holley and Bill Powell.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Lincoln.
