She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl E. Carriker and Ruby L. Carriker (Lyerla); her grandparents, Edward (Doc) and Nancy Lyerla of Irving; her husband Walter Bright; her daughters, Helene Bales (Jerry) of Lincoln and Peggy Weinberg (late Rick) of Champaign; her grandchildren, Patrick Bales (Melora) of Peotone, Jeremy Bales of Lincoln, Brent Weinberg (Rachel) and Lindsay Buchalski (Brian) of Bolingbrook; her great grandchildren, Dylan Bales of Peotone, Grace, Samuel, Eve, Anna Weinberg and Jordan; and her cousin Nancy Spinner of Hillsboro.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Lincoln, which was a source of great comfort and support.
