He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hashman and Mary Hashman (Bowen); and his brother Robert Hashman. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hashman; his children, Kevin Hashman, Paula Crawford (Steve) and Corky Stoltzenburg (Brian); his grandchildren, Zach Lee (Tiffany Boch), Emma Stoltzenburg, Kate Stoltzenburg and Evan Crawford; and his great grandchildren, Preston and Braylen Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in Thomas' name to Zion Lutheran Church.
