Sue E. Donath Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue E. Donath of Lincoln, Illinois, who passed away on April 1, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Sue's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Sue has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray G. Clifton and Helen J. Clifton (McCabe); her great grandchild Jaylin Sue; and her sister Judy Dano. She is survived by: her daughters, Carey Sherrer (Steve) of Lincoln and Kelly Barnes (Joe Wolf) of Lincoln; and her siblings, Mark Clifton of Sierra Vista, AZ and Paula Snodgrass of Lincoln. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
