She is survived by: her children, Christopher Alan Adkins (Nicole) of Aurora, IL, Cynthia Annette Haggitt (Michael) of Chatham, IL and Courtney Ann Evans (Brian "Hap") of Athens, IL; her grandsons, Lucas James Evans and Logan Christopher Evans of Athens, IL; her fiancé Tom Etherton of Lincoln, IL; and her brothers, Steven R. Werner (Carol) of Chandler, AZ, Scott A. Werner (Mona) of Lincoln, IL and Stanton W. Werner of Aurora, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
