He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Franklin and Edith M. Franklin (Arnold); his wife Elaine Hutchison; his son David Franklin; and his siblings, Gwendolyn Crosoli, Winifred Davis, Richard Franklin and James L. Franklin.
He is survived by: his daughter Deidre Ann Berger (Matt); and his grandson Chance Berger (Kirstin).
Memorial donations may be made in Robert's name to Jefferson Street Christian Church, Lincoln.
