He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Bohm and Dorothy Bohm (Blakley); his wife Ginger Vaughn; his grandson Alexander Scott Koontz; and his siblings, Robert Bohm and Phyllis Graham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julia Eldert (Jeff) of Las Vegas, NV, Holly Koontz (Harry) of Lincoln and Lisa Letterle (Jeremy) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Olivia, Maegan, Hannah Eldert, Ashton, Hailie Koontz, Preston and Corbin Letterle; his great grandchild Kingsley Rae Letterle; and his sisters, Elenora Gilson, Marjorie Friedrich and Janet Lafary.
