She was predeceased by: her father Alan Mattingly. She is survived by: her mother Rhonda Mattingly; her sons, Jeffery Mattingly and Damion Mattingly; and her siblings, Shaun Mattingly (Erin), Lauren Mattingly, Robert Mattingly, AJ Mattingly and Nikol Mattingly.
