He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Varboncoeur and Martha Jane Varboncoeur (Bailey); and his brother Ike Varboncoeur. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Varboncoeur; his children, Donna Varboncoeur, Mariah Sanders, Julie Sanders, Jeremiah Sanders, Joshua Varboncoeur and Jordan Varboncoeur; and his brothers, Ray Embery and Roscoe Embery. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Camp Butler National Cemetery.
