She is survived by: her children, Vicki Cummings Norris, Steve Henson (Lou) and Melodie "Dee" Daniels; her grandchildren, Steve Cummings (Amy), Rob Cummings (Marisa), Tammy Zapata (Emilio) and Rebecca Roemer; her great grandchildren, Andy, Cole Cummings, Nick, Heather Cummings, Kayla Cummings, Ty Chambers, Joseph, Nicole Cummings, Zach, Haley Farris, Anthony Cummings (Thalia Preciado) and Isaiah Zapata; her great great grandchildren, Dominick Cummings, Gabe Cummings, Selene Cummings, Bella Cummings, Zena Cummings, Ryker Chambers, River Marie Chambers and Miss Kitty; and her siblings, Jack Sampson (Polly), Larry Sampson, Gene Daniels (Bev), Jim Daniels (Sharon), Meredith Daniels and Goldie Stanton (Harold).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Safe Haven Hospice or to the Humane Society of Logan County.
