We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2022, Lola (MayerThomas) Ilyne (Lincoln, Illinois), born in Mason City, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her significant other Bill Carothers; her parents, Ruth Thomas and Lewis Thomas; and her siblings, Lou Thomas (Pat) and Margaret Dixon (Odell).

She is survived by: her sons, Heaven, Randy Mayer of Pekin, Steve Mayer (Keri) of Volo and Terry Mayer (Elaine) of Franklin, TN.; her brothers, Bob Thomas (Deb) of Mason City, Ill., John Thomas (Judy) of Mason City, Ill. and Leonard Thomas (Peggy) of Mason City, Ill.; her grandchildren, Morgan, Ashley, Andrew, Hailey, William, Alyssa, Bianca, Danny, Matthew and Gianna; and her great grandchildren, Mia, Elena, Kylee and Conor.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
