He is survived by: his parents, Lemuel Curtiss Haynes Sr. and Mary Haynes (Ashbrook); his children, Matthew Haynes, Whitney Rekart (Benjamin) and Gage Haynes (Autumn); his grandchildren, Alex, Jack and Clementine; his former wife Julie Haynes; and his brothers, Daryl Haynes (Sandee) and Shannon Haynes.
