He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland E. Mammen and Wanda (Schoof); and his siblings, Sharon Norman and Tony Mammen. He is survived by: his wife Lucinda Ann "Cindy" (Klockenga); his children, Heather Ryan (Joe) and John Mammen (Marsha); his grandchildren, Delaney Ryan, Hadley Ryan, Bellamy Ryan, Ashlee Mammen and Wyatt Mammen; his great grandchildren, Avrey, Keenan and Khiana; his siblings, Wanda Rohlfs (Gene), Mitzi Grigg, Jeff Mammen (Val), Chuck Mammen and Lisa Kmieciak (Ken); and his brothers-in-law, Mike Klockenga (Crystal) and Jerry Klockenga (Jan).
Memorial donations may be made to the Illinois JCI Senate Foundation or to the National JCI Senate Foundation and will be accepted at the funeral home.
