She is survived by: her father Robert Buffington (Rachelle Riggs); her husband Timothy Houghton; her children, Leah Houghton, Jaxon Shawgo and Cambria Houghton; her mother Stephanie Drummond-Murphy (Doug Ragland); her siblings, Erik Drummond, Johnathan Murphy (Jayna Baker), Annastaja Buffington, Alyssa Buffington, Greyson Fisher, Raquelle Hyde (Demonte Ellis), Emily Hyde, Elizabeth Mosher (Brian), Randi Buse and Daniel Buffington; her mother-in-law Tonya Houghton; her siblings-in-law, Andrea Houghton and Steven Houghton; and her grandparents, Risa and David Riggs. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Memorial donations may be made in Kristen's name to her family in the care of her mother Stephanie Drummond-Murphy.
