He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Payne and Norma Payne (Teaney). He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Payne (Randy) of Lincoln, Reggie Payne (Tracy) of Hartsburg and Robyn Redfairn of Lincoln; and his friends, Serenity and Lincoln House.
Memorial donations can be made in Kerry's name to the group homes he has lived at over the years (Alpha Omega Consulting Inc).
