He was predeceased by: his father Robert Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his mother Lela Fitzpatrick (Wyse); his wife Kathleen; his sons, Chasen and Colin; and his siblings, Kevin Fitzpatrick, Karen Wilson and Kurt Fitzpatrick (Teresa). He is also survived by his dogs and cats and playing chess with his son.
Kendall will continue on in the lives of the many people he was able to help through his selfless gift of organ and tissue donation through Gift of Hope.
