He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas G. Manning and Deana Wyatt Manning Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Jennifer Shafer of Springfield and Jeffrey Manning (Kati) of Groveland; his nephews, Andy and Wyatt Manning; and his niece Halli Manning.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home - Minonk (775 N Chestnut St, Minonk, IL 61760). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Logan County Paramedic Association.
