He was predeceased by: his parents, John Logan Jones and Patsy Knowles-Vannoy; his wife Rhonda K. Shull; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his children, Devin Jones (Bailey Osborne) of Chestnut, IL, Damin Jones (Stephanie) of Pleasant Plains, IL and Daneil Jones (Jerry Rude) of Lincoln, IL; his grandchildren, Kaylynn Eskew, Kameron Jones, Jaxon Jones and Kayden Kirk; and his siblings, James "Newt" Jones (Charlotte) and Christy Jones-Huffman.
Services for John will be held at 11:00 a. m. on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln, IL with Rev. David Johnson officiating, where face mask and social distancing will be enacted.
Memorials may be made in John's name to the Humane Society of Logan County.
