He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Gaddy and Ella Gaddy (Worstell); and his children, Cheryl Merreighn, Tami Huskins and Billie Joe Merreighn.
He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Jane Ealy; and his sons, Robert (Janice), Scott Gaddy Sr. (Laura), Todd Gaddy and Shawn Gaddy (Angela). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Jerry's name to Open Arms Christian Fellowship or Williamsville Christian Church.
