He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Evans and Bessie Evans (Wadley). He is survived by: his significant other Martha Shumacher; his children, Paul Evans, Steve Simmons, Kelly Millard (JR), Nathan Evans, Jr. (Jessica) and Elizabeth Evans; and his grandchildren, Drake, Jessica, Cody, Kathleen, Steven and Kera. He is also survived by 3 brothers and 1 sister.
