She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Busby and Sylvia Busby (Garriott); her husband Lewis C. Horton; her sisters, Rosalie and Marles; and her daughter Marcia Vandever.
She is survived by: her son William Horton (Lana) of Forsyth, IL. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in Ilah's name to the First United Methodist Church in Lincoln.
