With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Bailey of Lincoln, Illinois, born in Potosi, Missouri, who passed away on November 20, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Bailey and Lillian Bailey (Williams); and his siblings, Austin Bailey, Annabelle Akers and Carl Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Togay (Uzay) of Bloomington, IL and Robert Bailey (Jennifer) of Lincoln, IL; and his grandchildren, Evan Bailey, Aleck Bailey, Uzay Togay, Aitor Togay and Erik Togay.
Memorials may be made in Howard's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
