He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Scurlock of Oblong, Illinois.; his children, Lori Kintner (Mark) of Oblong, Lisa Dallmier (Kevin) of Menlo, Georgia, Lance Scurlock (Lynne) of Anderson and Lyle Scurlock of Anderson, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Marcus Kintner (Jenna) of Oblong, Kali Dallmier of Carrollton, Georgia and Macy Kintner of Oblong; his great grandchildren, Payton of Oblong, Brooke of Oblong and Hallie Kintner of Oblong; and his siblings, Burl Scurlock (Eleanor) of Newton, Thelma Raupp (Jim) of Decatur and Linda Scurlock of Newton, Illinois..
