She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen "Bud" Sloan and Martha Sloan (Klockenga); her husband Pete; and her siblings, Jim Sloan, Joyce Seaman, William Sloan and Paul Edward.
She is survived by: her daughter Tina Hinds (Harold); her grandson Devan Hindt (Jessica); her stepgrandson Zane Hinds; and her great grandchild Lily. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Fran's name to Immanuel Lutheran Church or Shriners Hospital for Children.
