She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl William and Mary Louise Fullriede (Cress); her spouse Ivy "Derrell" Neal; and her sisters, Margaret, Gertrude and Dorothey.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Wayne Neal (Joan) and Peggy Jean Neal; her sister Mildred Cotton; her grandchildren, Michelle Bridges (Rob), Eugene Neal, Desirée Webber (Janet) and Tiffany Melcher; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Dakota and Tyler; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Adam Bridges, Emma Bridges and Ryan Rodgers; and her pet Peaches.
Memorial donations may be made in Evelyn's name to Zion Lutheran Church in Lincoln, IL or the Mt. Pulaski Historical Society and Museum.
