He was predeceased by: his father Virgil Douglas; and his son Timothy Foley. He is survived by: his mother Geneva Douglas (Foley); his wife Ruby Nicholas-Foley; his daughters, Tiffany Newell and Brittany Graveman (Paul); his stepchildren, Brittany Shadden (Jason) and Raymond Nicholas; his grandchildren, Shyann Foley, Carson Newell, Paisley Newell and Taylor Newell; his stepgrandchildren, Rayonna Shadden and Jayson Shadden; his siblings, Sherry Schonauer (John) and Victor Douglas; and his pets, Rudy and Suzie. He is also survived by several other family members and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home to assist the family with expenses.
