We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2022, at the age of 86, Doris Cates (Lincoln, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sons, Daniel and David; and her sister Harriet Bender. She is survived by: her husband Dean Cates; her daughter Dorla Vinson of Penfield, IL; her grandchildren, Kody Cassady of Champaign, IL, Meghan Rogers (Wade) of Homer, IL and Makenzie Vinson (Kam Herges) of Leroy, IL; and her great grandchild Hallie Tate Rogers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Zion Lutheran School.
