It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald R Phillips of Lincoln, Illinois, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Phillips and Martha Phillips (Shumach); and his daughter Dawn Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Donald Woodrow (Lezlie), Terry Woodrow (Donna), Angie Marczali, Heather Alley (Michael), Jennifer Gehlbach (Brad) and Billy Phillips; and his siblings, Richard Phillips, Dot Farnsworth and Ernie Phillips. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
