He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Betty Hickey Sr. (Kraus); his wife Crystal Lynn Ragland; his children, Amber Hickey, Adam Hickey (Amy) and Autumn Hickey; his father Eugene Hickey Sr.; his siblings, Pearlann "Penny" Pilbean, Eugene Hickey Jr. (Marsha), Gary Hickey, Joe Hickey and Regina Maas; his grandson Gage Adam Hickey; and his sister-in-law Candace Buche (Steve). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in David's name to The Zion Lutheran School Music Program or Toys for Tots.
