It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Edgar Klockenga of Lincoln, Illinois, born in Hartsburg, Illinois, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Klockenga and Alta Rademaker Klockenga; and his brother Darrell Lee. He is survived by: his children, Gail Ann Curione of West Melbourne, FL, Terry Dale Klockenga (Julie) of Frisco, TX and Gary Lynn Klockenga of Carlock, IL.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Feliciano, Justin Robbins, Ashley Gustafson, Jacob Klockenga and Kendall Klockenga; his stepgrandson Joshua Ingersoll; his great grandchildren, Alyssa Feliciano, Joel Feliciano Jr., Angelique Robbins, Norah Robbins, Brayden Gustafson, Brooklyn Gustafson and Lillian Klockenga; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Olivia Douglas and Austin Douglas. He is also survived by 2 nieces and 4 grand nieces.
The family requests no flowers. Memorials may be made to Jefferson Street Christian Church, Lincoln Memorial Hospital, or HSHS Hospice.
