He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Turner and Rena Turner (Garrison); his former wife Sarah (Wagner); his wife Velma (Young); his brother Dean Turner; his children, Alan Turner and Vicki Lockhart; and his grandson Nathan Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Turner (Nancy), Susie Whitney (Jerry), Tim Cole and Kathi Simpson (Rod). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in Lee's name to the Greater Peoria Honor Flight, an organization that recognizes the sacrifices made by our military to ensure our freedom.
