She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Levi; her daughters, Robin Hunter (Kevin) of Lincoln, IL and Ronda Levi (Kevin Laberge) of Chicago, IL; her sister Shirley Rigg (Chuck) of Lincoln, IL; her grandchildren, Carlee Stine (Jon) and Brett Hunter (Becky Blevins); and her great grandchildren, Max and Sam Stine.
Memorials may be made in Carolyn's name to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society of Logan County.
