She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Otto and Wilma Otto (Schallenberg); her husband Raymond Edward Turner; and her brother Harold Otto. She is survived by: her children, Michael Turner (Debbie), Jeffrey Turner (Elaine) and Kimberly Bryant (Brad); her siblings, Lois Crammond, Shirley Guckenberger (Jack), Ruth Scott (Tom) and Anita Meadows (Keith); her grandchildren, Alexandra Koehler (Tim), Chase Turner, Jake Turner, Kenzie Reed (Jewel) and Blake Bryant; and her great grandchildren, Emersyn Koehler and Reed.
Memorials may be made in Carol's name to The Humane Society of Logan County.
