She was predeceased by: her parents, Hal Lewis and Sue Ellen (Trommer); her former husband Roy Dean; her husband William D. Cooper; her son Allan Dean; and her siblings, Pat Hamilton and Lee Lewis.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Dean (Hollie) and Gary Cooper (Annie); her daughter-in-law Anita Dean; her sons, Dan Dean and Bill Cooper (DeAnn); and her sister Janet Kvitle. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Jefferson Street Christian Church.
