He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Aper and Gladys Aper (Whitley). He is survived by: his siblings, Pam Coogan (Steve) of Latham, Gloria Whittaker (Garry) of Riverton, Steve Aper (Marge) of Lincoln and Cindy Esper (Dave) of Highland; and his close friend Elaine Aue.
