She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur John Bell and Margaret Fern Bell (Higgins); her husband Robert Humphrey; and her siblings, Margaret Woodruff, Scott Bell, Harold Bell, Raymond Bell, Allen Bell, Berniece Springer, Bill Bell, Floyd Bell, Lloyd Bell, George Bell, Gideon Bell, Ralph Bell, Evelyn Hadley and Sarah Wilmert.
She is survived by: her sister Nadine Manor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
