He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Houghton and Elsie Houghton (Miller); his fiancée Cheri Felton of Lincoln, IL; his children, Ronald Houghton (Cheryl) of Saucier, MS and Susan Whapham (Jay) of Waverly, VA; and his sister Betty McBryant.
Memorials may be made in Bill's name to the American Cancer Society.
