She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Perkins and Lois Perkins (Broady); her sister Marcella Skaggs; and her granddaughters, Courtney Thomas and Alexandria Thomas.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert D. Thomas (Jean) of Mason City, IL, Larry G. Thomas of Brazil, IN, Stephen L. Thomas (Gerlinde) of Greenville, SC and Kevin L. Humberd of Mt. Pulaski, IL.; and her brother Gary Perkins. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
