He is survived by: his spouse Obdulia Guajardo; his children, Cynthia Ann Gill (Roger) of Lincoln, IL, Debra Jean Gardner of Fairview Heights, IL, William Joseph Gillum (Linda Bree) of Hernando, FL, Teresa Diane Crider (James) of Springfield, IL and Bertram Wesley Gillum III of Keller, TX; and his siblings, Paul W. Gillum (Fern), Shirley J. Gill and Theara Sue Werschey (John Michael).
