It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Zimmerman of Lincoln, Illinois, who passed away on June 7, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Zimmerman and Lois Zimmerman (Shea); his wife Barbara Hashman; his son-in-law Gene Witt; and his brother Melvin Zimmerman Jr. "Lynn".

He is survived by: his children, Cathy Ann Witt and Anthony Zimmerman (Lori); his grandchildren, Kimberly Payne, Alexus Buckles, Kayla Zimmerman, Skyler Witt, Zach Zimmerman, Andrew Zimmerman, Ashlynn Zimmerman and Mallory Zimmerman; and his great grandchildren, Presley Alan Payne, Grace Lynn Payne and Eleanor Goodwin.

Memorial donations may be made to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
