She is survived by: her husband Dennis Patrick Gleason; her sons, Kyle Patrick Gleason (Kelly) of Lincoln, IL, Brandon Charles Gleason (Heather) of Lincoln, IL and Ryan Michael Gleason (Amber) of Lincoln, IL; her grandchildren, Charlie Sue, Patrick Allen and Oaklynn Eileen; and her brother Mike Bruce of Lincoln, IL..

Memorial donation may be made in Annette's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
