It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Angelina Sandel of Lincoln, Illinois, who passed away on November 10, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Brummer and Tasie Conrady Brummer; and her husband Roland Sandel. She is survived by: her children, Mary Kathleen Cravens (Jim) of Sherman, David Sandel (Margaret) of Urbana and John Sandel (Karen) of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Shannon Doolin (Dan) of Lincoln, Matthew Sandel (Tessa) of Oskaloosa, Israel Sandel (Michelle) of Lincoln, Christian Sandel (Adrienne) of Emeryville, Christopher Sandel (Melissa) of Springfield, Marc Sandel of Urbana, Andrea Tomita (Aki) of Austin, Amy Mitchell (Kevin) of Loveland and Kelsey Flanagan (Valentin Pannerec) of Lulea, Sweden.; and her great grandchildren, Madison Sandel, Grace Doolin, Noah Doolin, Lydia Doolin, Isaac Doolin, Samuel Doolin, Ivy Sandel, Meya Schriber, Cloey Sandel, Gabriel Sandel, Elim Judah Sandel, Jack Sandel, Aly Sandel, Miles Tomita, Jasper Tomita, Cameron Mitchell and Ellie Grace Mitchell. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
Face masks and social distancing will be enacted at both visitation and service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to her church, Logan County Food Pantry, Logan County Genealogical & Historical Society, or American Diabetes Association.
