He is survived by: his father Anton Potochnik; his sons, Robert Potochnik (Cheryl) and Richard Potochnik (Kathy); his sister-in-law Norma Jane; his grandchildren, Alison, Andrea and Ryan Potochnik; his stepgrandsons, Luke Zbynski (Dorian) and Jake Zbynski (Rebecca); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aurora, Camila Zbynski of Florida, Hope, Ryan, Addison Zbynski and Taylor (Matthew); and his great great grandchild Silas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
