She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Spatz and Marie Spatz; her siblings, Charles Spatz (Gerry), Lawrence Spatz (Grace), Anne Reidy, John Spatz (Therese), Eleanor Lawson (Glenn), Pat Cunningham (Hugh "Ed"), Rita Spatz, Gerald Spatz and George Spatz; and her husband John W. "Jack" McCormick Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Moller (Denny), Karen Streu (James), Jack McCormick (Terri Calandrillo) and Janet Richards (Scott). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.
